Argolí EVOO 250ml

Prepared by the Valencian Cooperative of Camp Sant Pere de Moixent in Valencia, Argolí 250ml is a smooth and versatile oil, with Denomination of Origin from the Valencian Community and varieties of Grossal, Arbequina-Blanqueta, Picual and Manzanilla olives. Its delicate profile makes it perfect for fresh salads and fish dishes, as well as for simple tasting with bread.

Golden green in colour, bright, clean and viscous. On the nose, there are hints of tomato, both from the fruit and from the tomato plant. It also has notes of anise, lemon and almonds. On the palate it is very pleasant, with a smooth sensation at the entrance and then a spicy touch.

CONTENT: 0.2% oleic acid.
