Sant Pere No1 EVOO. 500ml

Sant Pere No. 1 Virgen Extra Ecológico 500ml combines the tradition of the Valencian Cooperative of Camp Sant Pere de Moixent with the freshness of green olives harvested at the beginning of October.

On the nose, it displays complex aromas of green olives, freshly cut grass, banana peel and ripe tomato. With an intense green colour, this oil offers a characteristic flavour: a notable and persistent bitterness, a slight astringent touch and a medium spiciness that is prolonged with notes of bramble shoots, tender walnut and rocket.

It is ideal to accompany salads, fresh vegetables, fish, sauces, desserts and a variety of cheeses, adding a sophisticated and balanced touch to each dish.
