Emerald Green Picual EVOO 500ml

Green Emerald is made from Picual olives, giving rise to our characteristic Picual Jaén oil, where all of our harvest comes from. This edition is presented in a 500 ml container, which represents the emerald. The characteristic Picual green colour of our oil is the result of a production process in which we take care of every last detail, in order to guarantee the optimal properties of the oil.

Green Emerald is characterised by its fruity flavour of green grass, tomato, green almond, artichoke and fig. All this combination forms the distinguished and exquisite flavour that defines it, and which is sweet, moderately bitter and somewhat spicy in the mouth, but all in a very balanced way. The meticulousness of our technique allows us to cultivate the best Jaén Picual olive oil.
