Marques de Prado EVOO, Family Selection 500ml

Marques de Prado organic oil is produced with two varieties: Picual and Arbequino.

Picual is produced from olive groves between 10 and 40 years old. This is an intensive plantation that was planted by Manuel Heredia, the current owner, on the Córdoba estate.

Arbequino is produced in an olive grove that was planted in 2012 on the estate in Seville. It is a super-intensive dry-land plantation. As it is a dry-land plantation, the trees are more stressed, which gives this organic EVOO more polyphenols than in a medium Arbequino. This is an Arbequino with a lot of personality that in 2019 won an honorable mention at Ovibeja.
