Paradigma represents the paradigm of the Monsastrell grape. Accustomed to warm, robust and occasionally heavy Monsastrell wines, with intense extraction and long aging, Paradigma is a Monastrell made like continental climate wines, with light macerations and light aging in barrels.

The result is an elegant, fine and very versatile wine to pair with a wide variety of
products. Deep red colour, with mineral aromas that express the terroir of Casa Lluch, aromas of cocoa, chocolate, toffee and spices. Well-polished tannins, pleasant on the palate, very fine.

Paradigma is a Monastrell that evolves wonderfully in the bottle, bringing out the nuances of the Terres dels Alforins terroir with greater intensity.
